Letter to Your Younger Self

A gentle, written exercise to release emotional pain and build self-compassion.

    Find a quiet moment

    Take a notebook and sit somewhere you feel safe and undisturbed.

  2. 2
    Begin the letter

    Start with: "Dear Younger Me…"

  3. 3
    Speak with love

    Write words of love, support, and understanding.

  4. 4
    Close gently

    End with: "You are safe. You are loved."

This exercise helps release emotional pain and build self-compassion.
